This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these Jasper County routes for common official requests:
- A Circuit docket: use case-search information or contact the Circuit Clerk in the judicial district shown
- A hearing setting: consult the court calendar and confirm the date with the appropriate administrator or clerk
- A certified copy: ask the clerk who maintains the original Jasper County record
- A Chancery or Youth Court matter: contact the Chancery Clerk and ask about the access process
- A Justice or city citation: use the court printed on the citation, then call that court if the online route does not resolve it
For Circuit civil and criminal dockets, contact Jasper County Circuit Clerk Billy G. Rayner: First Judicial, P.O. Box 58, Paulding, MS 39348, 601-727-4941; Second Judicial, P.O. Box 447, Bay Springs, MS 39422, 601-764-2245. Clerk listings show Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; call before travel because county-wide contacts can list different closing information.
